Another very busy month, but spring is in the air, and it has been lovely to see all the spring bulbs appearing and to see the sun again.At the end of February, I headed down to Oxford for a two-day conference with fellow Conservative councillors.
Much of my time as Acting Leader of the County Council over the past month has been spent on meetings and discussions, following the government sending the county council further information regarding local government organisation.
